I had a phone interview with the recruiter. They flew me to another city where they were doing nation wide interviews a week later. I was told the process would move very fast. I interviewed with one person from IQVIA and one person from the contracting company. The interview was very conversational.

I have had two interviews with 2 separate teams in the last month. Both managers ghosted me when I inquired about the status, even though one told me I had moved to stage 2. What a waste of my time and respect -
Recruiting process to me is odd. I have been trying to introduce myself to recruiters, etc but they won’t give me the time of day. Doesn’t give me good impressions when the recruiting and talent team ignore messages. Engage with those wanting to work for you, you’d be surprised their potential.
