Multistep interview process: screening interview with HR representative, and then two separate Skype/video interviews with two different line managers. Once an offer was made and I accepted, HR submitted for a background check and drug screen.

Un premier contact avec une RH, très sympa, puis j'ai été invité à faire un "entretien" HireVue (personne en face, des questions sont posées à l'écran). Suite à cela, j'ai reçu un mail pour faire un entretien de 30 minutes avec les managers, ce qui est court pour évaluer une entreprise/équipe (à peine le temps de poser des questions). Quelques jours plus tard, j'ai reçu un mail automatique (!) indiquant que je n'étais pas retenu pour le poste. J'ai demandé à avoir un vrai feedback, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse.
