VERY last minute. It was nothing special. The management that interviewed was hired the day before me. They were not able to give much insight into the company and/or the position, as well as uneducated on the products in which we were about to sell.
had 5 interviews with various managers and salespeople. interviewed with the same manager twice. the whole process took a few weeks plus a few weeks for a background check. overall was not that bad.
