      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IQVIA (Durham, NC)

      Interview

Novella (now with IQVIA) contacted me via email to schedule a phone interview for a week later. When the hiring manager called me, she told me that I was not qualified. I mean really?....YOU CONTACTED ME! She then told me to look at going to a small CRO start-ups. I spent hours researching the company for knowledge! This is so disrespectful. Please review "Recruiting 101" Training.
