Interview
The 2 people that interviewed me on teams were not on video which I thought was bizarre and definitely not a good 1st impression of the company. I was the only one on video during the whole interview.

Interview
The interview was a panel interview with three different members. In my opinion, I would say it was difficult as they all fire questions at you and many follow up questions to what you answer. I did get the offer but was surprised to be honest as I left the interview feeling they had mixed feelings.
