I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Amsterdam) in Oct 2022
Interview
It was a 3 stage interview. Firstly, brief talk with HR, then interview with principal where you discuss why you want to join the company and your previous experience. Lastly, you complete a modelling task and present it to a recruitment board, they ask technical questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why you want to join the company? Tell us about a project completed you consider successful? Tell us about the models you've built. Tell us about a job challenge you overcame? Which model design is more suitable for specific disease area?
I received the email notifying me that shortly after, I would receive instructions regarding the first round of interviews. However, I did not receive the instructions first; instead, I received the interview email directly, which was quite annoying.
3 rounds first with hiring manager then with a panel along with senior manager and finally a round/fit check with Principle followed by final discussion with HR. Technical round would include guesstimates followed by case study presentation
On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
