Such an unprofessional attitude. I interviewed twice once for the lab assistant role and once for the associate scientist. I was invited to an on-demand interview for the lab assistant role and never heard back from them. for the associate scientist role I was invited to an initial interview over a phone call, during which we discussed my salary expectations for a role with a very hard working schedule. The interviewer suggested to end the call and let me think about the role and then get back to her. I emailed her the day after, and she never bothered to reply back. This type of attitude is unacceptable, and I feel sorry for the HR team.
They asked me to do a video interview, which was relatively simple. They asked about general things like education and experience. But after that they ghosted me despite sending two follow up emails.

Interview on HIRVE. 10 questions where about 5 are recorded video interviews where you have 3 attempts per video. The remaining 5 were general questions asking around topics such as compensation and more.
