First there was the resume submission. Out of around 1000 applicants only about 400 were selected to be interviewed. If you made it past that, they took you to dinner the night before your interview. The following day you have your interview that only lasts around 10 min with basic questions. Next and final stage is in-house interviews. They will fly you out to Dallas and put you in a hotel for 2 days. There you will compete with around 150 people for only 20 max spots. Very competitive.
