Way too many interviews. The reviews of being micromanaged appear to be true, because it seems like ISN can't make a decision unless every person at the company has a hand in it. 1. Phone screen w/recruiter 2. Manager interview 3. Team interview 4. A 2 minute in-person presentation 5. Senior VP interview 6. Executive VP interview 7. ANOTHER Team interview 8. President interview And all of that just to get rejected lol. I didn't make it to the last call with the president, but was told those were the next steps. Thankfully I got another offer through this process and was hoping to use them for a salary match, but around interview number 4 was when I realized a management/decision making issue with ISN. You are literally answering the same exact questions each interview.
