The interview process was standard for most 1st year positions. Most of the questions were situational or hypothetical scenarios. There were one on one and group style interviews once the applicant made it past the first round. When invited to the career day in Dallas, the interview process was like a speed dating situation where you would be exposed to 6-8 people in the span of an hour.
