I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ISN Software (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The first round was conducted on campus, and then they invited us to their office for the second round. The first round was mostly about REST Apis, and the second round had comprehensive technical questions. None of them had Leetcode-style questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ISN Software (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
The first round was an on campus interview, where I was asked a lot of technical questions from my resume, about the technologies that I had used and my previous work experience. I was also asked to give output of a code which was based on OOPS concept.
The second round was for 2 days, the first day was office tour and the 2nd day was the actual interview, They first started with coding round with leetcode style easy - medium question, and then a 1 hour round robin interview round, was mostly based on my resume and a lot of technical question. They go really deep on how much you know on a particular skill.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ISN Software in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process was well organized although too much imo. The process started with on-campus interview where the interviewer went over my resume and some software engineering question. After that they had two days event where they went over all the stuff that they were doing. It was cool but I haven't even got the internship, why do I need to know about your full-time employee benefit and what the company is doing in France? I enjoyed two days in the company, met with some cool people but thought the whole process was too long. They had one-hour panel interview and 1/2 hour coding session for this round.
