I was offered an on-campus interview after applying through the university career services system.
First, I talked to one of their campus recruiters at the career fair. After that, I was offered the campus interview within a week, and it was 1-2 weeks later.
ISN hosted a (very crowded, very popular) meet and greet the night before the interview at a local restaurant. This consisted of a long information session and Q&A time.
Everyone was very nice, and I got the impression ISN would be nice place to work. They offer competitive salaries and great benefits. I do get the impression they prefer to hire extroverts, though.
I was declined to move on to the next round of interviews within 5 days, and that was it.
