Spoke to recruiter about the position and passed on my resume. Was told I made it to the first round interview. The first round interview is a one-way video interview which will be reviewed by AI. I took a look at the first question and felt it awkward and impersonal. I quit the interview. I am not interested in a one-way interview screen for a senior position.
