ISN Software Entry-Level interview questions

They only interview you for fifteen minutes. The main bulk of their interviewing process is at a "meet and greet" that they did with about 15 college students at a bar to get to know us better. The following day we interviewed for fifteen minutes. They had two interviewers asking questions about my resume and basic goals that I had. There was not much of an interview process to begin with. They are a young company so they are looking for new and extrinsic people to keep their company going. They have only been around for 10 years starting in 2001.
