Initial phone interview, basic questions, went well, received a call to set up an interview at the plant, interviewed with the Purchasing Manager, more in depth regarding specific expertise in purchasing methods etc, was very impressed with the Managers knowledge. Received a call for a 3rd interview, this was a "panel" interview with the veteran Buyers (5 individuals), all were "ivory tower" Buyers who thought highly of themselves,to the point that it was almost comical. One female who could not speak English clearly was upset that I asked her to repeat her "canned" questions.
