Interview
Contacted by Agency met with several staff people on HR Team. Each person asked pretty much the same questions. Focus was on my previous experience as a "contractor". Why I enjoyed working as a contractor vs. regular employee status. My future goals - did I see myself returning to the workforce as a regular employee. I asked questions regarding the company and its culture. I inquired about direction of company and the HR department. The individuals I interviewed with were very forthcoming and honest with their answers.

I did not find any questions difficult. I found them them to be very routine.
Ho sostenuto 5 colloqui in un unico iter di selezione: il primo con l'head hunter, il secondo con la manager del team che cercava il nuovo collaboratore, il terzo per correggere una prova tecnica che mi era stato chiesto di fare offline, il quarto con la manager di Talent Aquisition e il quinto con il vp di hr. Sono stata ricontattata dall'head Hunter dopo più di un mese dall'ultimo colloquio con un KO. Nonostante abbia richiesto al team ITT un feedback, non ho mai ricevuto risposta.
