The interview focused more about personality traits, loyalty and personnel scenarios than technical knowledge or abilities. I later found out they were trying to use me to oust the current lead at the location.
Had a phone interview and was rushed to an in person interview the next day. Never heard anything after that. I followed up and still received no response. Would have been nice if I could at least get notified that I was declined the job.
