IXL Learning Frontend Engineer interview questions

I only got to the recruiter call. The call itself was fine and the interviewer was very kind and friendly. My issue came from the fact that, even though the job was for a frontend role, it was very apparent they were actually looking for a full stack engineer (ready to hit the ground running). Why waste both of our times with a job posting for a role they aren't hiring for?
