I applied online and has a phone interview, which went well, though they asked a few brainteasers that I needed to work through. Then they sent me a packet of materials to generate code and questions for. The process seemed smooth, but I didn't make it beyond the first task stage. I didn't receive feedback for that packet or for my interview, so I don't know the particular reason I was not moved forward to the next round.
