Applied online, quickly received an email from the HR rep. She scheduled a phone interview w/ someone a few weeks later. Interview was fine, very basic, asked a little about my experience. No more than 30 minutes tops. Interviewer seemed fairly bored/detached. A day or two later, received a request for an art review test, which again was fairly easy. Was notified that I passed the test a week or so later, and a 3rd interview was scheduled. This interview was about the same as the first one, in both interviewer engagement and length. The topic of salary and "are you speaking to anyone else" came up. I'm notified by HR about 10 days later that I didn't get the position. When I asked what went wrong, she simply stated it's not their policy to let candidates know, so I have no idea how it happened. I was more than qualified for the position, and I see they're still listing it as open, so it could have been a salary thing?
