The interviews are overall easy, basic questions and walk through your work experience and resume. The HR and hiring teams seems nice, until they assigned a "design challenge". It was a lot of work, which basically ask you to create a responsive page for them in 5 days. After they received your response, they immediately repost the job . About 3 days later I received an auto generate email without telling you any reasons for the rejection. No compensation as expected. The position is still posted for months. I highly doubt if they really hiring or just wanted to get free projects from their poor candidates. I notice none of the designer position interview comments on Glassdoor got an offer. It seems they already do this free idea stealing for years. Most of people get rejected after they submitted the "design challenge" response.
