I had went through all the rounds of interviews. First two interviews were over the phone and the third interview was in person. I was given a verbal offer a day after my final interview and had been ghosted after two weeks. I kept emailing asking them for further information as the recruiter had told me they would let me know of next steps. On the 3rd week of no response, they had told me that they would not be moving forward as they found other candidates. Pretty much wasted my time just to find out that they have the same job description under a new title as of recent. This company is a part of the ghost hiring and honestly i would not apply. Lack of professionalism and lack of communication. Very high turnover rate.
