Interview
Applied online and was contacted about a week and a half later for a phone screen. Moved onto 2nd round, which was submitting a video of me presenting a tech platform I've used as an educator, pretending to teach other's teachers how to use it. Was reached out to that the company was not moving forward with me after that.

Do you have experience leading professional development?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IXL Learning (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2025
Interview
Had a 30-minute interview where the job description was broken down. I had some time to discuss my relevant experience and ask questions. It felt like it was a "cut-to-the chase" feel - maybe b/c I was a bit nervous, but the interviewer was kind, patient and overall it went well. I made it to the 2nd round of the process, where I was asked to submit a video of a mock training for teachers. I felt like I did really well, but unfortunately, they did not move forward. It makes me really curious about what exactly they're looking for. I hope for more available opportunities at IXL.
