I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a week later. After the initial phone screen and interview, I did not hear from them for two weeks. Therefore, I assumed I did not get the job. Three weeks later, I was contacted by the recruiter in the evening hours requesting for an interview the next day. Everyone I spoke with during the interview process were very nice and honest. To me the company underpays and overworks their employees. From an analyst standpoint, they do not want to invest in modern tools as they are very eager to maintain low costs. Before you interview or accept an offer, be very cautious.
