I Interviewed at IDexcel in May 2nd week, HR called me and explained the about the role it was leading a Manual Testing team, There was two technical round and I cleared both and HR called and said we are going to release offer letter and nobody called, so I called them back and they said Onsite manager need to take interview, I said ok and they scheduled interview in US timings and that great person didn't appear I literally waiting for an hour, and without taking an interview he just rejected me and they not even communicated to me. HR was not picking the call. Technical interviewer who took my 2nd round is brainless don't have his own brain, he just a sub ordinate of Onsite guy who rejected my profile in later just because great onsite person as said something without any proper explanations. I was interviewed for Manual Test lead and onsite greatest person said I don't have programming skills without even interviewing me, and 2nd technical person on who not asked any programming code in interview simply rejected me just to licked the Onsite great person leg
