I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Illumina (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Initial contact via email, then video interview which was rather one sided by definition though straight forward in terms of the questions asked. There were about 5 questions and each has 30 min or so. Nothing earth shattering. A week or so later was asked to come over for face to trace interviews. Most were around culture and situational questions, barely touched subject matter expertise. It was a full day back to back interviews will very little breaks (lunch was another interview). Overall the majority were very nice and pleasant people.
R1 technical with Head and Project management associates
R2 practical with relevant stakeholders like users, operations team and manufacturing team
R3 Situation based, scenario based and detailed Buisness functions of Illumina

Question 1
Introduction about myself?
About Project Management?
Project Flow and Control mechanisms?
fair but not easy. long process. I didn't mind difficult process. somehow professional. overall it was not bad. I didn't get the offer but I made it to the end.
Secured an PMO interview through a recruiter 2 different times, all of my calls have been remote usually video. First call with HR or recruiter, then with team leader, then last is a panel of 3 or 4 teammates. Everyone has been super friendly and engaging.
