1 way video interview that took no more than 30 minutes. Questions were not difficult but process is intimidating if you do not like recording yourself. You are given the opportunity to do practice recordings which I highly recommend you spend time on. Also do not focus on the clock ticking down as you answer the question...just focus on your response.
