Entire process took about 3 weeks from the phone interview to the job offer. Received an email to set up a phone interview, then scheduled an in person interview less than a week later. Phone interview was really laid back, just wanted to get to know me. The in person interview included a lab assistant and RA, then the lab manager and a scientist. The entire interview lasted about an hour.

Interview
First, had a phone interview with my would-be manager. The job itself was to be with 4 different teams, so the in person interview was over 2 hours, and with 2-3 representatives from each of the 4 different teams. Overall, basic interview questions and structure. Nothing technical.
