After a promising start to the interview process with timely feedback in the first two rounds, I was optimistic about the opportunity following a positive third-round experience. However, I encountered a lack of communication regarding the status of my candidacy. Despite two follow-up attempts that went unanswered, I discovered through LinkedIn that the position had been filled. Given the emphasis on culture at this company, it would have been more respectful to receive notification of the decision, which would have allowed for closure on my end.
