I applied online for a summer internship. The process is straightforward, you send a CV and wait for a reply. They are usually quite prompt. The next step is a phone interview which for me was focused on the technicalities of the projects I worked on. The two interviewers asked me varied questions about those. A few days later I received an invitation for a face to face interview with one of the telephone interviewers and the guy in charge of the Video Software Design project. The interview was very technical and consisted of puzzles and a programming exercise. Next, an HR interview which is nothing but a friendly chat. One of the best interviews I had!
