First an online application, then a phone conversation, then in person. All were relaxed and the phone conversation and in person interviews were very much a two way process.

Interview
It was on-campus interview. First test on Digital Logic Design principles. After this test 10-12 students were selected for further round. F2F interview with team leader and a senior design engineer. The interview lasted for an hour. After clearing this round, interview with the director. This interview consisted of fun puzzels and just get-to-know questions.

Applied through an agency, completed an online technical quiz and followed up with a technical telephone interview asking technical questions regarding FPGA design, synthesis and simulation. In addition to questions such as why I want to work at Imagination Technologies etc. Process was quick and the interviewer was kind & helpful.

One phone interview (technical questions with the hiring manager), followed by three on site interviews (same day) - with the hiring manager, with one of the VPs and with HR. With the hiring manager it was more technical discussion, then with the VP there were non-technical logic questions and with HR it was the usual fluff.
