It was arranged by a recruiter.
1. Phone screening.
2. Then the company invited me for an on-site interview.
They covered the cost of travel and hotel (I was travelling from EU). The interview was conducted by 2 interviewers.
They came with an offer a week later. The offer was below market rates so I declined.

Leetcode style coding puzzle.
Hardware specification "design" round.
Test design round.

Interview
The interview was alright, nothing too complicated, 2 people were present, I had to share my screen in order to start solving the 2 problems that were given. A very relaxed attitude throughout the whole interview.

Coding test, followed by in person interview and then an HR interview. None of the stages were massively challenging but I found the process quite good and definitely not *too* easy
1. Initial introductory call with HR, 2. Codility test 3. First technical interview consists of some high level questions 4. Second technical interview which is more involved and some problem solving discussions. 5. Interview with the VP 6. HR round
