The whole process was very professional, and speedy. My initial application was acknowledged within the day and the result of my technical test was relayed to me within a couple of days.
The first stage was a timed online C++ test, which was very thorough. I didn't get through to the next stage.

Interview
Applied on their web sight, passed all of the technical stages, got cut down on the HR stage for being too interested in actual development than QA. The questions were easy, but it took them a very very long time to come back to me with the result. The panel on the sight was made up of 3 engineers.
