Interview
Typical behavioral questions. Not that difficult if you have done another interview that belongs to the warehousing line of business. Interview was 20-30 minutes. First round was by recruiter and second was ops manager
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Imperial Brady (Bellingham, MA) in Jul 2021
Interview
Had a phone interview very quickly after applying with the recruiter. Led to an in person interview with the hiring manager shortly after that. Everything seemed to go well and there was good communication from the hiring manager and recruiter for about a week. It then turned into me having to initiate conversation after conversation to get updates. Emails and phone calls went unanswered/ignored eventually. I never got to the point of an offer but with how unprofessional it got I don’t think I would have accepted. I get frustrated when candidates no show and ghost me. It’s eye opening to see a company practice hiring that way.
