Got an invite for a phone interview about a week after I applied. Interviewer called on time and was nice and professional. Said they would let me know within a week if they will moving forward with my application. Sent a thank you email and 2 follow ups. It's been over a month now and I never got a reply to anything. I would have liked at a "No, we're not moving forward" instead of being ghosted.
