I applied online and received an email from the HR director asking for a time that she can call me for a phone interview. She then called me the following week. 10 days later she called me again to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. One day after my phone conversation with the hiring manager, the HR lady sent me an interview schedule in which I was to be interviewed one on one by 7 individuals including the CFO. Application and background check paperwork were also sent to me for completion. 4 days later the HR director called and told me their decisions.
