Process began with an initial phone screening and a subsequent technical phone interview was scheduled for the following week. During the technical phone interview I spoke with a lead as well as a manager.
A few days later the recruiter emailed and invited me for an in person interview which was estimated to be 4-6 hours, involved 5 separate people and involved a lunch interview.
The technical questions were few and rather light. It more revolved around past experience, but not knowledge depth.
Sent my thank you email later that day to the recruiter and asked him to let the team know I appreciated their time. Later that week I emailed the recruiter again and requested feedback, and also indicated I was interviewing with other companies and was close making decisions on which of those I wished to pursue. Also indicated I needed to know by end of week, since no timeline was originally given.
The recruiter ghosted me, never responded or gave any feedback or a hiring decision. Ironically, I was offered an IT manager position at another company anyway.
