I applied online and received a phone call with in two weeks for a phone screen interview. I was invited to an on campus interview that was 3 hours and met with 34 different people for interview questions and answers.
Summary: Great people, reasonable questions, and they were very upfront about the job. They also took me to lunch.

Interview involved performing binary math operations and coding ring buffers on a whiteboard for what (as best I could tell from a full interview day) was going to be just a CRUD app. People were all super nice and likable though. I was very much *not* ghosted as some other people here report that they have been. The hiring individual I interacted with was super nice and communicative.
Hiring individual did tell me that the interviewers' feedback was that my comp sci fundamentals were a bit weak. I wish I had thought quickly enough to explain to him, in case he did not already know, that the interview questions which were asked did not have anything to do with the work the team was interviewing for, as far as I could tell from the questions I asked about the work.
