One phone interview with HR, one phone interview with the manager then on-site with 6 people. Very nice environment ---Everybody seems happy and devoted to the company. I was impressed with the technical depth of the hiring manager, he is also a true listener who really wanted to understand my technical breadth and depth, and my career goal with the company, very passionate about their technologies. I meet with several engineers in the team and the engineering VP as well during my on-site. A good team. It appears I did well in my interview too that they liked me. After a couple of days, HR phoned me and asked me about my compensation expectation. I like the company so I told her my genuine expectation. Offers comes in a couple of days later.
