The process started out with me applying via internet.about 2 and half months later I was called to arrange an interview with the office manager. I was first asked to fill out an application. This is always a red flag to me as applications normally are filled out until it is time for a background check before the job offer. Anyway I filled it out and then was escorted in to the Managers office.I was asked 3 questions and then told we'll get back to you. 10 -15 min. interview tops

Felt like a sales pitch vs an interview. Was asked very few questions, most of the time was spent listening to potential earnings. Was offered position with little to no questions asked of me.

Applied online, received phone call from hiring manager within a week. Invited in for a in-person interview. Manager laid out the specifics of the company's process, asked me a few get-to-know you questions and had me complete a sales aptitude test on the spot.
