InMobi Associate Product Manager interview questions

I was supposed to do an assignment that took my entire weekend plus 3 more days. The assignment was shortlisted and an interview was scheduled. I took a leave for the interview and it got cancelled the last moment. The HR was supposed to reschedule. The interview has never happened and the HR doesn't care to reply to multiple emails written to her. An advice: Do a shortlisting on the basis of general profile before you ask people to work on elaborate assignments. Job-seekers are in enough stress already. There's no point making people do the assignments if you're eventually going to disregard their effort. It leaves them hopeless and they won't make this effort the next time when they already know that they are going to be ignored royally. Have some empathy. If you need to reject without the interview, at least have to courtesy to intimate the candidate. Terrible experience
