InMobi Creative Director interview questions

It all starts with a call from inmobi HR department. They were looking for a Senior Creative Director to lead the India creative team. As per the call, proposed position was for Sr. Management level and it seems challenging and interesting position to me. - After couple of days after the 1st call I got second call from HR dept. requesting for resume details and confirm details about my academics, job role, functional roles, salary scale...all usual stuff - whole conversation took almost 15 minutes. Very impressive - After couple of days again got the call from same HR person (Ambili) asked few more details and requested to fix a date for meet vertical heads and global creative head. Informed me that HR will confirm the time and date ASAP. - For next 2 weeks no call. Then here she again asking for fix a date for meeting. Okey - got a date. - Reached iMobi on time and waited for around 15 minutes at lobby. Then HR came and informed the person is critical meeting hence they want me meet somebody from design team. Met one junior designer and he started asking questions and after 10 minutes I realised that the interview is what happening! - Then after 1 hours HR person comes again and apologies for delay but she introduced one more young person from UX department. After some time I realised that girl joined just 3 months back. Finally after 2.30 hours I got appointment with the vertical head. Ta da... he rushed to the cabin and asked some questions about what I do and where I am presently working etc. After 5 minutes of conversation he rushed back telling me that he will call again! - 2 Weeks gone without any update. Got another call from US. The global creative director. Had a long chat and I must tell that he was really amazing guy and respect you as human being. He told me he is coming to India in next week and want to meet me. - Got call from same guy within a 5 days and met him Inmobi office. It all went positive. In next couple of days he called me again and it all went good. He gone back to US. - I got one more call from US and he informed India HR will take it forward and complete the process. - I didn't got any call from HR for 10 days. I called back and asked for update. HR informed me that I will get the call ASAP with updates. But never got a call back. - 1 month later the same HR person called me and asked for my resume!!! Story ends here.
