Interview
- Eligibility was >2 yrs exp in System/Server Administration
- Knowledge of SVN and min. 1 programming skill (bash, perl,python etc) reqd.
- Recruitment was through a recruitment drive held in one of the famous, posh hotels.
- Had a total of 5 interview rounds :- 3-4 tech, 1 managerial, 1 hr. interview 3) F2F interview involving hands-on troubleshooting. :)
- Interviews and the process lasted an entire day (9 am -9:30 pm)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Unexpected will be a qsn on the most difficult issue you have faced till date, why you found it difficult to solve/fix, how was it finally resolved etc.
- Also unexpected was one of the tech rounds felt like a pressure handling round.
- Difficult would be managerial where they will grill you about why you want to work here, how you can adjust, etc. Unless one is serious (with the right reasons) about getting a job here, one would break through the rounds.

Interview
It was a one day interview with 3 technical, 1 with the manager and one with the HR. Interviewers were very intelligent and asked out of the common questions, completely conceptual and very detailed.
