I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at InMobi (Bengaluru)
Interview
Very shabby process. Over 2 months to conduct just 3 interviews. The interviewers would never show up on time or at times even the day would get rescheduled multiple times. The HR was very very unresponsive. Also, despite multiple requests I received no response on requests for feedback on the interviews after interviewing for over 2 months and 4 rounds. I would have expected an faster process and at least giving the candidate the feedback if something did not work out after the 4th round if you have taken the process this far. The interviewers themselves were very pleasant to talk to and conducted good interviews.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at InMobi (Bengaluru) in Oct 2019
Interview
This was for a role in Glance.
The TA had reached out to me, and set up the first test. It was a written Product Test. It was easy.
The next steps was to have 1:1 interviews, and they scheduled an entire day for that. I went there to only realise that most of the interviews were delayed by more than an hour. I was just sitting in one of the meeting rooms and waiting for the interviewer (one of the interviewer was delayed by more than 90 mins). Then at the end, they asked me to come again after a few days.
Well, after the entire interview, they told me that its not a Yes, but not a No, and asked me to get offers from other places, and then only come back to them!! Like really??!!
Interviews is the place where the Interviewers get to define the culture of their company, and this was apt!
