The company was working with several agencies (the one brought me in was Adecco Beijing) for this position however it seemed that they did not take it that seriously or maybe something was lost in the context. There were 3 rounds of interviews: direct manager, head of division and regional general manager. Their professionalism should be above average in the mobile business world in China however I was expecting for a WOW to my future employer. That's ok actually, given that the China office did not look like a place for long stay, for everyone. What pissed me off was the very inefficient and frustrated communication during the hiring process. There must be something wrong between the company and their agencies. It took me a lot more time and energy to arrange for an interview than to actually prepare for one. Later on, I was told to wait for an official offer after received an oral one and then no news for nearly 2 months. I lost my appetite and found myself a more reliable position. I would remind other candidates to be cautious with this company.
