Next was a group discussion, where they evaluated communication, teamwork, and critical thinking. After that, I had a technical round, which focused on role-specific knowledge and practical application of concepts. Finally, there was an HR round, where we discussed my background, motivations, and overall fit with the company culture. The entire process was well-structured and gave me a clear understanding of what the role and team would expect.
