They call and ask you everything about networking and web hosting. They'll also ask you if you know any Linux. If they like you (which really is if you're willing to work for $12.00-$13.50) you get a phone interview with the president. Apparently this guys has a lot of time on his hands. He asks you basically all the same questions from the first phone interview. If he says all is good, then you go in for a panel interview. The HR lady was late for everything and the 'managers' had the personalities of rocks. I was hired and told I would have 2 weeks training (not true, it's more like 3-4 weeks of working a training schedule).
