I applied to Indeed Flex over a month ago, when I applied I was given the opportunity to schedule an interview for the Client Success position. I first interviewed with a Recruiter first, then I was told that the slots for the September training were full. So I applied to another position and spoke with Mark. Mark was able to get me matched to another position, and then scheduled an interview. The interview was with 2 Managers who had 2 different positions open. I interviewed on a Friday and then was offered a position on Monday. I did have to create a profile with Indeed Flex, I also had to do a background check and then set up my direct deposit with Paycom. The position with Indeed Flex was internal, and contract, but I still had to go through the process as if I was a contractor. I will be paid weekly. Once the position turns perm then I will be working directly for Indeed Flex
