I won't lie, the interview process was alright up until it came time to start scheduling the 3rd interview. To start, I have zero issue being rejected for a job. But two different Indeed flex representatives contacted me letting me know when they would schedule the 3rd interview. I waited because I was promised an update two separate times, until I finally inquired after a few days only to find out I was rejected for the job. Again, that's fine but don't give a candidate the impression their up for another interview when in reality your mind is actually made up. Indeed Flex seems like great company to work for, but they should work on streamlining their interview process and communication. It was good practice though.
