it was an 1-1 interview, the indeed flex staff greeted me and asked a few questions about the role, asking how long I worked in the same position. Total interview was short, just about 30 minutes

For the dressing: Just dress smart. Black trousers and white shirt (if you have one). On the day you will have to hand in your ID and NI first. Then half of the group will do their 1:1 interview. Some where asked to carry a tray of glass, set the table for a traditional dinner, carry 4 plates. Then we had a power point presentation of about 1hr30 of the company, pay, health and safety etc. Then the other half’s did their interview.
